Jay McKee / President

Jay McKee is the founder and CEO of the Vineyard Homes, LLC. Through the various divisions including Vineyard Services, Vineyard Commercial, and Vineyard Custom Homes in AZ, CA, and NV, Jay has been able to assist clients in several different types of contracting needs. Jay has a background in Management Consulting, Software Development, and Construction Development. Prior to founding Vineyard, Jay was Director of Business Development at Deloitte and Touche Consulting Group in Los Angeles for 4 years. He also served as Director of Sales for Borland Software for Southern California and Nevada for 5 years focusing on serving Fortune 2000 Clients in his region. While working as Director of Business Development at Deloitte and Touche Consulting Group, he helped large organizations develop their internet architecture and web strategy during the “Dot-Com” boom. At Borland Software, Jay helped organizations leverage technology to develop better software applications. Looking for a new challenge, Jay founded Vineyard Homes in 2005 after he noticed the building industry lacked systems and processes that were common in the technology world. For the last 6 years his firm has grown its presence among asset managers, realtors, investors, and development partners and has become the leading REO Services and Investor Remodel company in all of the regions we operate.
Jay attended Arizona State University and received a Degree in Finance and Business Management. While completing his Business Degree he also completed the Lower Program Architecture course work at ASU. In 2008 and 2009, Jay served as an Advisory Board Member for the ASU Master of Real Estate Development Program (MRED). Jay has earned real estate licenses in Arizona and California and holds General Contracting licenses in Arizona, California, and Nevada. Jay McKee is married to his wife, Susana, and has two daughters, Samantha and Camilla.

Chris Bradbury / Director of Custom Homess

Chris Bradbury manages and takes part in all stages of each custom project for Vineyard Homes. Chris came from a family of general contractors and grew up building homes with his father. He has since then been a project manager for a remodeling contractor, a custom home builder and received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.

Glen Wysel / D.D.S.

Born and raised in Montana, Glen attended the University of Montana on a football and golf scholarship. He then attended Northwestern University Dental School, where he was a member of OKU dental honor society (top 5% of his class). He began his practice in 1976 and quickly developed it into one of the most successful in the country. Over the next 10 years he became economically free and decided to retire from dentistry and dedicate the remainder of his career to helping other dental professionals achieve the same freedom. He served as co-owner and director of the asset management firm, Mercer Advisors until April of 2007. In 2009, Glen joined Vineyard Homes as a financial partner to assist with funding the rapid growth the company was experiencing. His original equity investment has been converted to a permanent minority ownership position in the company. Glen actively serves on our Board of Directors and in this role he helps mentor our executives and assists with strategic planning and growth opportunities for the firm. Glen resides in the Silverleaf community in Scottsdale, AZ with his wife, Lisa.

Mike Heatherly / Vendor Administrator

Mike Heatherly is responsible for the administrative pieces of the custom homes division. He handles all construction draws, invoices, and accounting aspects of the company. Working in the construction business for over 16 years, Mike brings the experience necessary to manage each project in a timely and efficent manner.

Tina Heinbach / Marketing Manager

Tina Heinbach has joined Vineyard to handle all marketing aspects of the Company. She is responsible for website maintenance, advertising, and preparing all client presentations. This includes showcasing our portfolio and client references and presentations.

Paige Blatnik / Office Manager

Paige Blatnik is responsible for office operations and has joined Vineyard to assist with various office projects. In addition to conducting the daily office tasks, she provides suppor to the sales and marketing team and accounting department.

Loren Tyler/ Construction Superintendent

Loren Tyler assists in managing all aspects of the custom home building process. With more than 10 years of general construction management and operational construction experience, Loren is an excellent fit for the Vineyard Custom Homes team. Loren has served several superintendent duties with various home builders throughout Arizona and has a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Arizona State University.
